Shipping and Return Policy
We ship orders promptly, primarily via USPS. If you prefer a different method of shipping , please contact us directly. We are very proud of our company's reputation for speedy shipping!
All orders Flat-Rate shipping of $6.95
Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
For pick up in store, use coupon code STOREPICKUP.
If available , we ship international packages via global priority. We cannot be responsible for International Packages once they leave our store. All international orders have the option of insurance. Please choose The Insurance Option, if you have any concerns.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items within 10 days of purchase (as determined from the day the order ships). The items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and shipping costs).
Items discounted 30% or more and those specifically marked as FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS will be accepted! Returns sent in at this time will be returned at the customers expense.
Making a Return:
1. You must request an RA number. Requests should be sent to FLYINGCOLORSBABY@GMAIL.COM
2. Include your return form: You must fill in your RA number and circle the items you are returning.

10 days from date of shipping, a sale becomes FINAL! No returns will be accepted! Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Flying Colors Baby and will be issued as a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
ORDERS PLACED FOR STORE PICKUP OR SHIPPING TO LAKEWOOD MUST BE BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY. (STORE RETURN POLICY) ONLINE RETURN POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE LAKEWOOD ORDERS.
Even though we provide a chart size, we understand that sometimes something doesn't fit quite right. Therefore, you may exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size or color or even request a different item of the same price. You simply have to contact us and tell us what size and/or color you would like us to reserve, so that when we receive your returned order, we will have what you want in stock. Once we receive what you would like to exchange in our warehouse, we will ship you the requested item at our expense*!
*except for exchanges on sale items - where you would have to pay a shipping fee of $6.95 and exchanges from Canada, where shipping fees will be determined.
* We do our best to carefully inspect each garment in your order before shipping it out to you. Despite our best efforts, we sometimes overlook damaged items. If you received a damaged garment, please contact us immediately! Do not ship damaged item back to us until you contact us. *
* If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets. *
Please note, that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will be issued store credit in the amount of your return.
* It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. *
We will process your return within a week but most credit cards will take 2 billing cycles to reflect your refund, so please be patient.
Please note that our store is closed on September 22nd and September 23rd 2015. All orders placed on those days will be shipped out on September 24th 2015
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card unique to you, sent to you via email. To redeem, simply enter the store credit code in the gift card field during checkout. It will automatically take your store credit amount off your purchase.
As an online business our prices change in response to stock, promotions, and demand from customers. In this case, we do not offer price adjustments.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in-store credit will be issued. Preorders are not refundable. They may be returned for a full in-store credit or a size exchange but cannot be refunded.
