PLEASE NOTE: SINCE IN-STORE AND ONLINE SHARE THE SAME STOCK UNFORTUNATLY ONLINE INVENTORY IS NOT 100% ACCURATE.

RETURN POLICY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS:

We’re here to help and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return policy. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@shopflyingcolors.com

  • Online orders placed for U.S shipping, can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery date (Please note this does not apply to local delivery orders)

  • Any order returned after 7 days of delivery date, can be returned for store credit up until 14 days of delivery date.

  • After 14 days of delivery date no returns are accepted.

  • Items must be in new condition with tags on. Items that are received in a non sellable/damaged condition are unable to be returned and refunded.

  • Please use our return portal to request a return. Using our shipping label will deduct $8.99 from your refund.

  • Once an order is picked up by a mail carrier, we are not liable for any lost packages.

  • Any item purchased with a discount of 20% or more is considered final sale.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP POLICY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS:

  • Order pickups must be picked up within 2 days of placing the order. After 2 days they are final sale.

  • Every order pickup & local delivery order must be returned the next day by 11:00 from when picked up/delivered to qualify for a refund. After 11:00 the next day it is STORE CREDIT.

  • Local delivery orders & pickup orders can be returned for store credit up to 3 days. Exchanges can also be done up to 3 days from purchasing.

  • We are not liable for any pick up orders left in our store. After 14 days we will donate any items not picked up.
